As a breeder, I reserve the right to:

• Legally enforce my contracts with specific stipulations and in my residential county

• Request update pictures as the puppy goes through it’s life stages, so I can determine the quality of my lines, as well as ensure the puppy’s welfare

• Require a spay/neuter contract with a signed contract, with proof of surgery before or by 12 months of age

• Decline breeding rights or refusal to sign over breeding rights to a puppy

• Decline puppy inquiries, purchase attempts, and/or applications

• Decline mentoring requests

• Reserve potential breeder quality dogs for my own program

• Place any submitted pictures of puppies from my kennel on my website

• Decline on-site visits for the safety of my family and kennel program (you may schedule a facetime or zoom call instead, however)

• No longer respond to inquiries if I perceive a hostile or suspicious motivation
